Try the converter
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. Conversion runs entirely in your browser using your device. Files are never sent to a server.
Will converting JPG to PNG improve quality?
No — PNG preserves what's there but can't restore detail JPG compression already removed. It's useful when you need lossless edits afterwards.
How do quality settings affect file size?
For lossy formats (JPG and WebP), lower quality means smaller files with more visible artifacts. PNG is lossless, so the slider does not apply.
Does JPG support transparency?
No. Transparent areas are filled with a solid background. Choose PNG or WebP to keep transparency.
Which formats are supported?
The current verified converter accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP input and output.
